I was commissioned by Andy Leutenegger, the owner of Leutenegger Installations AG in Gossau/ZH, to design a mural for the Voland confectionery. My client, a passionate train enthusiast, wanted specific content such as the Wetzikon-Meilen train, the former Gossau train station and at least two vintage cars to illustrate the journey back to the 1940s. The Wetzikon-Meilen railroad was taken out of service in 1950.
